Step 1

Yin yoga: move gently from relaxing on the couch to stretching on the mat

This Class is not Heated!

Yin Yoga is a calm and gentle class designed to promote deep relaxation for both the body and mind. No previous yoga experience is necessary, making it accessible for everyone.

During this 60-minute session, you will remain on the ground, slowly stretching to soothing, relaxing music. The practice involves minimal talking to help you fully unwind and connect with your breath and body.

Wear cozy, comfortable clothes to enhance your comfort throughout the class. This basic class welcomes all skill levels and encourages you to explore relaxation and flexibility atmosphere, helping to quiet racing thoughts. Practicing yin calms your nervous system, leading to feelings of relaxation and renewal.

This is the best place to start as a brand new yogi. You will have an opportunity to get used to the space, teachers, and basic postures in a welcoming and supportive environment. These beginner-friendly classes provide a solid foundation, allowing you to build confidence and comfort with your practice. You can attend for a couple of weeks to develop your skills before moving on to more advanced classes. This gradual approach helps ensure a safe and enjoyable yoga journey.

Slow Flow: start connecting breath and movement and start standing postures

This Class is gently heated…85 degrees

Slow Flow Yoga at Evolution Flow Yoga offers a gentle and unhurried practice connecting breath and movement. Perfect for those recovering from shoulder or wrist injuries, this introductory class avoids low push-ups, ensuring a safe and supportive experience. Emphasizing mindful transitions, Slow Flow cultivates body awareness, grounding, and relaxation. Join us to explore movement at your own pace—creating space for healing and rejuvenation.

Follow the Yogi: basic postures and sequences and you get to move with the Instructor with heat

This Class is heated to 95 degrees!

This class offers a valuable chance to observe postures demonstrated by an experienced teacher, giving you a clear understanding of proper alignment and form. As this is your first step into practicing in heat, please listen to your body and take rest whenever necessary. The class follows a workshop-style format, making it more interactive and allowing you to ask questions and deepen your practice in a supportive environment.

Mobility: no experience needed, this class literally benefits everyone even if you don’t do yoga

This Class is Not Heated!

Mobility enhances daily movement and well-being. Targeted whole-body exercises foster a deeper connection with our physical selves, improving flexibility, strength, awareness, and coordination. Regardless of age or fitness level, mobility routines empower everyone to experience greater freedom of movement and vitality.

Step 3

Flow: this Class is Heated to at least 98 degrees.

Saturday morning is the only Flow class that is not Heated and this is probably a great class for new Flow Yogis to join.

Flow is our signature class at Evolution Flow Yoga, designed for those ready to fully embrace movement and breath in harmony. This class embodies the principle of one breath, one movement, creating a seamless and dynamic yoga experience.

Expect a challenging workout with quick transitions and plenty of push-ups that build both physical strength and mental resilience. The energizing, upbeat music sets the pace, helping you connect deeply to your body and the rhythm of the practice. Sweat, heart rate, and energy will rise as you flow through each sequence, celebrating vitality and movement.

If you’re new to Flow, we suggest arriving early to acclimate to the heated room and the space. Setting up in the back row allows you to comfortably follow experienced yogis in front, finding your own pace and confidence as you build familiarity with the class.
