At Evolution Flow, we offer a wide range of classes—from those requiring no physical effort at all to more active Flow practices. Below is a gentle, step-by-step pathway designed to support your movement without injury, pressure, or overwhelm.

This is not boot camp.
This is supported practice.

We believe in honoring the whole of you—your physical body, your breath, and the emotional landscape you carry with you. Your journey and your evolution are your own. They will not look the same as anyone else’s.

Our role is simple: to offer practices that meet you where you are, and to create space for whatever your heart is calling toward.

Step 1

Yin yoga: move gently from relaxing on the couch to stretching on the mat

Yin Yoga is a calm and gentle class designed to promote deep relaxation for both the body and mind. No previous yoga experience is necessary, making it accessible for everyone.

During this 60-minute session, you will remain on the ground, slowly stretching to soothing, relaxing music. The practice involves minimal talking to help you fully unwind and connect with your breath and body.

Wear cozy, comfortable clothes to enhance your comfort throughout the class. This basic class welcomes all skill levels and encourages you to explore relaxation and flexibility atmosphere, helping to quiet racing thoughts. Practicing yin calms your nervous system, leading to feelings of relaxation and renewal.

This is the best place to start as a brand new yogi. You will have an opportunity to get used to the space, teachers, and basic postures in a welcoming and supportive environment. These beginner-friendly classes provide a solid foundation, allowing you to build confidence and comfort with your practice. You can attend for a couple of weeks to develop your skills before moving on to more advanced classes. This gradual approach helps ensure a safe and enjoyable yoga journey.

Nidra: a guided rest practice that gently calms the nervous system while you rest comfortably and fully supported.

Nidra is a deeply restorative experience that blends gentle Yin yoga with the profound relaxation of Yoga Nidra. Class begins with a few slow, supported Yin poses to release physical tension and prepare the body for deep rest. From there, you’ll be guided through a soothing Yoga Nidra journey—an effortless, lying-down meditation designed to quiet the mind, balance the nervous system, and invite a deep sense of inner calm.

Yoga Nidra supports stress and anxiety reduction by shifting the body into a restorative state, improves sleep quality and helps relieve chronic fatigue, enhances mental clarity and emotional balance, and supports overall healing by calming the nervous system and relaxing the body at a cellular level. This practice is accessible to all levels and requires no prior experience.

The Weekly Exhale: Rest your body. Exhale your week.

A gentle journey through soft, opening postures, guided breath work, subtle sound healing, and into Yoga Nidra. You arrive carrying the weight of your week, and leave feeling lighter, softer, and quietly restored—like floating back into your life on a cloud.

Step 2

Candlelight Slow Flow: Slow, mindful movement by candlelight to soften your body, breath, and mind.

Settle into stillness and soften the edges of your day with a gentle, mindful candlelit flow. This slow-paced practice guides you through intentional movement, deep breathing, and spacious transitions designed to calm the nervous system and melt away tension. The soft glow of candlelight creates a soothing atmosphere that encourages presence, grounding, and inner quiet. Perfect for all levels, this class invites you to move with ease, reconnect with your breath, and leave feeling nourished from the inside out.

Step 3

Flow: Heated to at least 98 degrees.

Flow is our signature class at Evolution Flow Yoga, where movement and breath come together in a steady, rhythmic practice. Rooted in the principle of one breath, one movement, this class invites you to move mindfully, build strength, and experience a sense of freedom within the flow.

Expect a slightly faster pace with creative transitions and uplifting music. While the rhythm may feel dynamic, the class is designed to be approachable—you can move through a full class with ease by listening to your body, taking rest when needed, and honoring your own pace.

For your first few classes, we suggest setting up toward the back of the room and giving yourself permission to pause at any time. Our teachers are here to create a supportive, inclusive space where everyone can move in a way that feels right for them while still sharing a connected group experience.

Flow is practiced in a gently heated room, so we recommend arriving about 15 minutes early to acclimate to the warmth and settle into your space.

If your intention is to feel more confident and move through every class on the schedule with clarity and ease, Yoga School is a powerful next step. Offered through our workshops, Yoga School is designed for all levels and helps you understand the “why” behind the practice—building a deeper, more sustainable connection to your movement, breath, and body.

Come as you are, trust your process, and let the flow meet you exactly where you are today.
