Katy Wilson

Katie is quirky, funny, and full of Aries fire—you feel her passion the moment you meet her. She cares deeply for all beings, from humans to her beloved pack of dogs. When she’s not on her mat, she’s likely logging 30+ miles on a trail or backcountry skiing in remote wilderness.

Katie has been practicing yoga for over half her life, evolving through many phases—using it to ease anxiety, chronic pain, build strength, find connection, and now, as a path inward toward self-love. She understands yoga as both a tool and a journey, and she meets others wherever they are on their path. As an avid mountain adventurer—ultrarunner, climber, skier, and paddleboarder—Katie’s practice supports her physically, mentally, and yes, helps with those stubbornly tight hips.

Anjali took her first yoga teacher training in 2009 with no plans to teach — but when asked to audition for a class, she said yes. Despite her nerves, she knew she’d found her path. Since then, she’s completed multiple trainings, traveled to India, opened two studios, studied Vedic Astrology, and led retreats and teacher trainings. Though her journey recently brought her back to her roots as a psychologist, Anjali is excited to return to teaching yoga. She’s passionate about creating uplifting, present-moment experiences with her students. Her vinyasa classes weave together breathwork, mantra, and kriya. If you’re ready to explore, she’d love to see you in class!
